This Privacy Policy explains how Next Retail AI LLC ("Next Retail AI," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit nextretail.ai or use our software, mobile app and related services (the "Services").
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, work email address, mobile phone number, employer and role.
- Work data: information you or your organization enter or upload, such as store lists, planograms, item data, task records, and photos of store shelves and fixtures.
- Device and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, app version, log data and actions taken in the Services, used to operate and secure them.
- Communications: messages you send to us, including support requests and replies to text messages.
Our website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Services.
- To verify your identity, including by sending one-time passcodes.
- To send account notifications, service messages and support responses.
- To protect the security and integrity of the Services and prevent fraud or misuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
3. Text messages (SMS)
If you provide a mobile phone number, we send text messages related to your account: one-time passcodes for sign-in and verification, and account notifications such as task assignments and service alerts. We do not send marketing text messages.
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
4. How we share information
- With your organization: if you use the Services through your employer or a client, that organization can access work data and account information related to its account.
- With service providers: hosting, messaging delivery, email and similar vendors that process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- For legal reasons: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Next Retail AI LLC, our users or others.
- In a business transfer: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet our contractual and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Organizations can request deletion of their work data under their agreement with us.
6. Security
We follow industry security practices, including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring, and we undergo independent audits. No system is perfectly secure. To report a vulnerability, see our security page.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@nextretail.ai. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. If your account is managed by your organization, we may refer your request to that organization.
8. Children
The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
